
Sales Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Automation Specialist to own and optimize our CRM-driven outreach programs. This role is central to sales operations, ensuring flawless execution of high-volume outbound campaigns, rigorous data hygiene, and seamless collaboration across business development, marketing, and recruitment teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and brings strong expertise in CRM automation, list management, and hybrid outreach execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns and follow-up workflows across Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build, enrich, and segment large prospect lists based on defined criteria, ensuring data accuracy and message relevance.
- Maintain excellent CRM data hygiene, eliminating duplicates, conducting audits, and maximizing deliverability.
- Leverage workflow automation and sequencing tools to streamline outbound processes, including multi-step email + LinkedIn connect campaigns.
- Track, report, and optimize outreach metrics such as reply rates, conversions, and list performance; provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Serve as a central operations hub, coordinating with business development, marketing, and recruitment teams on campaign priorities.
- Recommend and implement best practices for CRM automation, workflow efficiency, and cross-platform outreach execution.
- Manage concurrent projects, balancing short-term tactical execution with long-term process optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing CRM-driven outreach in Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to build, segment, and maintain extensive prospect/client lists and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong skills in workflow automation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Experience enriching contact data (email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) to improve campaign accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to keep multiple priorities and detailed records straight.
- Strong communicator with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive executor and process optimizer, with a focus on driving measurable improvements in outreach effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools is a strong plus.
Additional Expectations
- Comfortable working under the direction of multiple business leaders and stakeholders.
- Candidate will not be responsible for writing content but must ensure flawless execution of messaging sequences.
- Provide continuous recommendations on data integrity, list management, workflow efficiency, and sequence effectiveness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70, Php75,000.00 per month
