We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to oversee the repair, upkeep, and general maintenance in our company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, IT troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in office and condominium areas.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to wiring, electricity, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of water pumps and plumbing systems.
  • Provide basic IT support, including computer troubleshooting and network assistance.
  • Ensure timely response to reported maintenance issues and service requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and tools used in maintenance work.
  • Assist in renovation, construction, and other technical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in IT troubleshooting and support is an advantage.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Work history in construction is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
