Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and assets. This role ensures that all outlets, commissary, and office sites are safe, fully operational, and compliant with standards to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily maintenance operations across outlets, commissary, and office facilities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, utilities, and building systems.
  • Diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance concerns.
  • Manage and monitor third-party service providers and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment service history, and repair costs.
  • Plan and manage maintenance budgets, controlling costs while ensuring quality service.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
