This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, providing customer support for TalentSync Training and Development's telco account. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
  6. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support your colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Atleast a High School or Senior High School graduate; preferably with at least 6 months experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. Familiarity with telco products and services is preferred
