As Purchasing / Trade & Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement processes and managing the inventory. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective supply of materials and resources to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimise costs and availability of supplies
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for our operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee the replenishment process to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of purchased items
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all purchasing activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving measures
  • Provide training and guidance to the purchasing team to enhance their skills and performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role,
  • Experienced in negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficient in inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address procurement-related challenges
  • Familiarity with relevant procurement regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
