Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing and monitoring purchase orders, and assisting with procurement activities. The role involves ensuring accurate communication between vendors and internal teams, tracking inventory, and maintaining purchasing records. The individual will also assist in negotiating contracts, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing practices
  • Skills in Procurement and vendor negotiation
  • Strong Communication skills for internal coordination and supplier interaction
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate purchasing records
  • Proficiency in using inventory management or procurement systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred (FRESH GRAD is welcome to apply)
  • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is advantageous
