About Us:

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Officer will handle the sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services required for our telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting project operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.

- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams for timely supply of materials.

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase records.

- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement standards and policies.

Qualifications:

- Any course graduate (bachelor's degree).

- With or without experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

- Willing to learn and can work under minimal supervision.
