SUMMARY:

Procurement Associate is responsible for negotiations with suppliers, he/she is expected to have an extensive network of suppliers and Procurement professionals to partner with Procurement Department of J&T Express. As a Procurement Officer, his/her job duties include canvassing, processing purchase requests, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that J&T Express has sufficient amount of necessary materials or equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in any program, preferably Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Procurement or a similar field is preferred but Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with experience in Construction/Renovation procurement.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
