I. JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the VP, Head of Field Sales, the Field Sales Head is responsible in finding and developing new customers for an assigned region, to sustain and grow the company's business.

EDUCATION: - Business Administration/Management graduate or equivalent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEC - 3 to 5 years managerial experience as Sales/ Account Head in an Electronics Manufacturing Assembly plant or allied industries.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.0 Prospect new customers, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business.

2.0 Aggressively promote the company to all related companies and industry.

3.0 Develop sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, market research, and networking.

4.0 Main channel of information exchange between the company and new prospects/leads.

5.0 Communicate with leads contacts to provide their RFI and RFQ requirements.

6.0 Negotiate to get RFI and RFQ from prospective customers.

7.0 Facilitate customer visits.

8.0 Give timely and accurate response to prospective customers.

9.0 Submit approved quotation to the customer.

10.0 Close loop on all queries and lacking information, documentation or specifications in order to process the customer's RFQ and advice commit dates for the quotation release.

11.0 Lead towards on-time submission of quotations as advised to the customer.

12.0 Get customer approval for quotes and negotiate to get PO.

13.0 Ensures that customers are notified of problems that may hinder or impact the start or growth of business.
