JOB PURPOSE

The Company Nurse works to improve safety and address health and wellbeing concerns among employees. The Company Nurse is responsible to assist HROD functions, which includes HMO related benefits, HR Engagement Activities, providing support to the head office and logistic, store and field operations by carrying out various assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Administers first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees.
  • Carry out Company Physician's orders and recommendation.
  • Organize, maintain and secure patients medical records.
  • Coordinates with hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed
  • Sends home employees who are found to be not physically fit to work.
  • Spearhead and develop health programs of the Company such as health education, accident prevention, alcohol abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking, and weight control regimens.
  • Prepares compliance documents (monitoring, recording, reporting etc) needed for DOLE-OSH.
  • Assist applicant's medical examination and review results for deployment.
  • Provides medical services for the company, coordinates with Hospitals and outside-clinics
  • Responsible for the Annual Physical Examination Coordination with the provider and creation of APE reports.
  • Monitor annual physical examination and create program based on the result.
  • Conduct inventory of medicines and other clinic supplies.
  • Organize wellness activities
  • Promote employees health and wellness thru active health information dissemination by sending timely wellness bulletin
  • Monitor absence patterns related to sickness and conduct employee home visit if needed.
  • Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate prior to reporting to work.
  • Handle Vaccination logistic such as but not limited to AVIP vaccination schedule, Covid vaccine monitoring and reporting.
  • Handle Covid status monitoring of our employees, Covid report and other Covid related tasks that will be assigned by the immediate supervisor or HR Head.
  • Assist in organizing company events, HR projects and the like.
  • Performs other HR functions as required by the department head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided
  • Partner and work hand in hand with the company nurse based in Cabuyao
  • Other tasks that will be assigned by the immediate leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Nurse with certificate of license/or registered nurse
  • with 2 years of work experience (range) in the same industry/job
  • Resourceful and flexible
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized in work, knows how to set and stick to priorities
  • Innovative in launching programs to increase the level of safety and prevent lifestyle and work-related disease.
  • Well versed on administrative tasks.
  • Specific location: Cabuyao Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
