Job Description:

  • The Sales Head/Manager leads the company's sales performance, with responsibility for developing strategies to acquire new accounts and grow membership. The role oversees the sales team, sets targets, and monitors performance to ensure goals are met. The Sales Head builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, particular manpower agencies and companies employing blue-collar and project-based workers.

Educational Background:

  • A graduate of 4 year course
  • with MBA preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as: Business Administration, Marketing, and Sales

Work Experience:

  • Several years prior sales experience in HMO preferably in manpower or with sales managerial experience in manpower agencies/sector.

Special Qualification:

  • Several years of experience, with a strong emphasis on leadership, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a proven ability to sell and manage customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php90,000.00 per month
