About the unit:

Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

Main Duties:

You will supervise the performance of the Sorters handling various parts of the direct fulfillment processes, including storage/put away of parcels, Pick and Pack, and inventory management. You will perform a variety of duties related to the daily report generation, packaging, order closeout and shipping of customer orders.

  • Coordinate with the Sorters to check inventory movements and support the day-to-day processing of fulfillment tasks
  • Support the data tracking for all Fulfillment reports.
  • Validate RTS parcels
  • Support inventory management for fulfillment warehouse, including all warehouse transactions and cycle counts. Using Google Suite or the WMS
  • Conduct shift meetings and facilitate a continuously improving environment.
  • Circulate throughout the department as needed to help resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities and maintain effective employee and co-worker relations.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in any field
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Experience in logistics or warehousing industries is preferred
  • Knowledgeable  in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Presentation tools
  • Proficient in written and oral English and Tagalog
  • Strong personality
  • People management skills
