We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive Assistant to join our team at Fun Han Mart'. This full-time position will be based in our vibrant office located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Sales Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our sales operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
  • Handling incoming sales inquiries, responding to customer emails, and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with the sales team to implement and track sales strategies and initiatives
  • Organizing and maintaining the sales team's filing system, both physical and digital
  • Supporting the sales team with any other administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
