Responsibilities:

  • Recruit all local employees needed for the project
  • Manage labor contracts and maintain personnel files
  • Handle payroll computation and processing
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Manage employee relations and workplace injury cases
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and labor standards
  • Provide basic support during government inspections and permit applications
  • Assist with compliance applications for foreign-owned companies, when required

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, social security systems, and benefits administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in payroll processing and employee records management
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with both local and international teams
