The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall HR operations of the company. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, leads employee engagement, manages performance and development programs, and aligns HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and the HR masterlist.
- Oversee government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and the Philippine Labor Code.
- Manage and process payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Draft, implement, and update company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Coordinate with department managers on manpower planning, performance, and employee-related concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure proper manpower supply.
- Organize training, seminars, and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen workplace culture.
- Represent the company during DOLE inspections, audits, and labor-related cases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, and training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
- Experience in employee relations, policy development, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
