We are seeking a strategic and analytical marketing professional to evaluate brand positioning and uncover consumer insights. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans, driving creative initiatives, and assessing the impact of existing marketing strategies. Collaboration across departments is key to executing effective branding initiatives and managing projects that strengthen our corporate identity. Experience in B2B marketing—especially with a focus on channel partner engagement—is essential. The ideal candidate is data-driven, skilled at identifying revenue opportunities, and adept at managing customer touchpoints throughout the buyer journey. Additionally, the role includes representing the company at industry trade shows and producing insightful reports to support ongoing marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute approved sales and marketing strategies to drive client revenue.
- Evaluate brand positioning, market competition, and consumer insights to define effective positioning strategies and pinpoint target audiences.
- Create marketing plans with well-defined objectives tailored to various channels and customer segments.
- Gather market insights to create strategies that meet business objectives and maintain brand identity.
- Lead creative development to motivate target audiences to take action.
- Assess the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives and report on impact.
- Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams; communicate marketing strategies, programs, and budgets to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and implement branding strategies.
- Manage the conception, budgeting, development, and implementation of marketing plans to enhance corporate branding.
- Conduct analytics reporting across platforms, extracting insights for future campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Identify revenue opportunities within the client base and drive consistent growth.
- Manage content and updates for customer touchpoints, establish budgets, and support sales.
- Develop a B2B marketing strategy targeting channel partners.
- Serve as the link between sales, distribution, and marketing, identifying opportunities useful to all partners.
- Work with logistics to ensure sufficient product availability and support channel partners with communications materials.
- Monitor and assess each channel's performance, addressing competitive threats and supporting growth.
- Attend trade shows and promotional events to promote partner programs.
- Create reports to forecast future performance and develop intermediary marketing collateral.
- Address issues raised by channel partners and take corrective actions where necessary.
Qualifications:
- With a minimum of five (5) years' work experience in the related field
- Work experience in a marketing and/or ad agency is an advantage
- Experience using marketing-related tools for planning, execution, and monitoring
- Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing, digital marketing, and search engine marketing
- A lead generation database is an advantage
- Other foreign language proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
- Willing to work on weekends
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
