Brand Manager

As the Brand Manager, you will oversee all marketing campaigns and brand-building activities primarily for RJ Guitars while ensuring alignment with Product Management, Operations, and Sales. You will serve as the central lead for the marketing department, managing campaigns from strategy to execution and ensuring cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight
- Develop annual and quarterly brand marketing plans.
- Align brand direction with company goals across product, operations, and sales.
- Provide input on product launches, pricing, and positioning.
- Campaign Leadership
- Lead development and execution of integrated campaigns (digital, events, influencer, partnerships).
- Monitor performance (engagement, ROAS, conversion, sales contribution).
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on-time and on-brand.
- Cross-Department / Cross-Brand Coordination
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to synchronize marketing with production and inventory.
- Liaise with sales channels to ensure promotions and launches are properly supported.
- Oversee marketing support for other RJ Group companies.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and brand growth.
- Present monthly reports to management with recommendations.
- Team & Resource Management
- Supervise and oversee the marketing team.
- Manage external suppliers and partners when needed.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles (preferably in retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional campaigns and teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Salary:
- P30,000 to P45,000 (depending on experience) plus commission.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
