Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics and Communications, Electrical or equivalent.

·       Postgraduate degree (Master's in Project Management, MBA, or related field) is a plus.

·      Professional Engineer (PE) licence by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

·       Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Telecom Technologies, or relevant fields are highly desirable.

· years of progressive experience in telecom project implementation.

·       Prior experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager managing multiple telecom projects in a region.

·       Experience in large-scale projects: cell sites, OSP/ISP deployment, shelters, towers, and network rollout.

·       Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

·       Experience with stakeholder management including LGUs, utilities, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

·       Experience handling cross-region coordination, remote sites, logistics, and supply chain challenges.

Technical skills:

·       Strong knowledge of telecom systems and infrastructure: towers, shelters, power systems, cooling, OSP/ISP, fiber optics, microwave.

·       Understanding of applicable standards, design codes, environmental, structural, mechanical, and electrical regulations in the Philippines.

·       Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and approving project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

·       Familiarity with Project Management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

·       Skills in risk management, change management, quality assurance/quality control.

·       Ability to create reports, metrics, and dashboards for monitoring KPIs and project performance.
