About the role As a Construction Foreman at this rising construction company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects within the Calabarzon region. This full‑time position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by managing and supervising a team of skilled workers. What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, including carpenters, masons, and laborers Supervise a team of 10‑20 workers Oversee the layout, scheduling, and execution of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues Manage material and equipment inventory, order supplies, and monitor the efficient use of resources Provide training and mentorship to less experienced construction workers Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project progress and performance What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce Proficient in using construction management software and technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Technical diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field is required Valid safety certification is required for this position What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
