Australian Account – Administrator

We have a Work-From-Home opportunity for a motivated and result-driven Administrator Assistant to join our team

Key Tasks:

  • Collations of completed jobs (email correspondence with clients)
  • Preparing Invoice for clients
  • Management of signed tax documents (Program: DocuSign)
  • Job setups in Xero Practice Management (XPM)
  • Lodgments with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • Managing multiple email inboxes
  • Calendar management
  • Runnings reports
  • Scheduling (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual jobs) in XPM
  • Client liaison via email
  • ATO correspondence
  • Other Administrative tasks

In the beginning, the role will consist of the above tasks, however, there is room to move to other areas in the administration team within the company.

Skills And Experience

  • Strictly looking with 2 years of Australian admin experience
  • Xero Practice Manager experience is preferred but not required
  • Candidates with Australian experience are preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
