Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties, including greeting clients and handling phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage staff and client calendars.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and setup of new client profiles.
  • Manage ASIC requirements and liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
  • Maintain and update databases accurately.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and client documentation.
  • Process invoices and manage billing records.
  • Communicate with clients to collect and organize required information.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, lodgements, and client sign-ups.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and assist in maintaining office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Client-focused attitude with professionalism and courtesy.
  • 2–3 years of experience working for international firms (experience with Australian clients preferred).
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to new systems.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Need someone who can start ASAP

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila Time

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB)
