Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in Zoho Books
  • Manage day-to-day accounting with proper supporting documents
  • Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger

Financial Controls & Compliance

  • Review transactions and flag discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for ASEAN entities

Bank & Account Reconciliation

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances
  • Monitor cash flow and report variances

Audit & Month-End Support

  • Assist with month-end closing and year-end audit preparation
  • Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents

Other Duties

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants
  • Support process improvements in financial operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or corporate accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho Books preferred
