Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
  • A professional license is an advantage.
  • At least three (3) years of work experience related to Legal Compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify compliance gaps, and develop effective solutions.
  • Capability to conduct legal and regulatory research.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate compliance-related projects and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and renew before expiration the insurance of company properties (e.g. stores, vehicles, and buildings) and process renewal before expiration.
  • Monitor and renew all business permit and BIR documents renewal.
  • File BIR e-sales report within deadline.
  • Filing of documents such as contract, agreement, permit and BIR documents.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Provide detail report on company's compliance with laws and regulation.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.

  • Area of Assignment: Head Office - 6th Avenue, Caloocan City (temporary)
  • New Office: Rockwell Business Center, Mandaluyong (November 2025 onwards)
