Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Assistant located in Mandaluyong, with some work from home flexibility. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting in compliance and regulatory matters, maintaining legal files, and conducting legal research. The role involves coordinating with external legal counsels and various departments within the company to ensure efficient legal operations. Reports directly to the Legal Manager.

Qualifications

  • Legal document drafting and reviewing skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
  • Administrative support skills, including maintaining legal files, execution of contracts and notarization
  • Compliance and regulatory knowledge, with the ability to assist in related matters, most especially project permitting
  • Legal research skills and the ability to interpret legal information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role is advantageous
