QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Legal Management or Political Science.
  • With Certification in Paralegal Studies or Specialized courses on Legal Writing, Research Methods, Contract Law, or other legal-related topics preferably.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working in a corporate law or legal department.
  • Experience in providing support to lawyers or legal teams by performing various legal tasks and duties, litigation support , compliance or contract management .
  • Solid understanding of Philippine Constitution, Civil Code, Labor Code, and other relevant statutes , laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, legal management software, and research tools like or local resources like e-Legal and PH Court systems.
  • Independent, active, pro– active and collaborative team player.
  • Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem—solving skill.
  • Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline- driven and diverse environment.

KEY JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, court decisions, and legal articles and prepare reports of legal findings.
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, pleadings, petitions, and memorandums.
  • Ensure all legal procedures are followed within the stipulated legal statutory and assist with compliance issues and monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
