A Business Development Officer plays a key role in expanding our network of online sellers, live sellers, sports/trading card box breakers, and e-commerce partners. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new sellers and partners, while actively supporting their growth and success on our platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Recruitment & Outreach:

Identify and recruit live sellers, online merchants, trading/sports card box breakers, and potential partners through virtual and face-to-face meetings.

· Partnership Development:

Propose and negotiate partnership schemes, promotional campaigns, and collaborative initiatives to drive mutual growth.

· Seller Success & Sales Growth:

Monitor performance metrics and assist sellers in boosting their sales through effective strategies, tools, and support.

· Training & Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process and deliver training sessions to ensure sellers are equipped to succeed on our platform.

· International Expansion:

Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to recruit and manage foreign sellers and merchants.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Marketing/Business Course Graduate

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Comfortable with both virtual and in-person recruitment activities

· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Background in e-commerce or live selling is a plus

· Willing to work in an Agile, Lean Organization

· Open to flexible work schedule

· Fulltime position available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
