About the role

As the Administrative and HR Manager at We Hope Medical Head Office you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our thriving medical facilities. In this full-time position, you will oversee a range of administrative and human resources functions, contributing to the overall success and well-being of our dedicated team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities monitoring and maintenance
  2. Oversee the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and employee relations
  3. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and productive work environment
  4. Coordinate and organise employee training, development, and wellness initiatives
  5. Maintain accurate employee records and office needs
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational and staffing needs
  7. Comply with relevant labor laws, rules, and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative and HR management role
  2. Strong understanding of human resources best practices, including recruitment, performance management, payroll management and employee relations
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
