DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have a Tech: Network Experience
  • Acts as an initial triage point for any technical incidents or service requests of the application.
  • Performs service and platform monitoring, issue detection, initial resolution, and investigation attempts to identify incidents or service requests following documented step-by-step procedures.
  • Performs periodic health checks, sanity tests, and alarm management to ensure service availability.
  • Coordinates communicates, and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and teams as needed for triaging an incident or request.
  • Other job-related activities may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education –  At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

  • Related Work Experience – At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same role.

  • Experience working in 24x7 operations.

  • Work onsite 5 days a week in Globe Telecom Plaza, Mandaluyong
