About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an exciting opportunity for a Senior NOC Technical Lead, who is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and troubleshooting of network and system devices for global customers, supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure, and responding to Level 1 and 2 service tickets. You will provide exceptional leadership to the NOC team, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and people management skills. In this role, you will be part of the Network and System Services Team (NOC) that provides 24x7monitoring, operations, and support services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor NOC Monitoring Engineers.
  • Oversee 24/7 monitoring of network and system infrastructure.
  • Resolve Level 1 & 2 incidents and manage escalations.
  • Drive team performance, conduct reviews, and manage shift coverage.
  • Generate performance reports and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in IT/network/system support; 5+ years in a NOC/Monitoring role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki), servers, Active Directory, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, ConnectWise, SolarWinds), and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
  • Relevant certifications: CCNA/CCNP, AZ-900/AZ-104, VMware, etc.
