Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Juan del Monte for a Merchandising Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of merchandise planning and inventory management, ensuring product assortment is aligned with market and customer needs, and analyzing sales data to optimize product performance. The supervisor will lead the merchandising team, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate with stores to enhance the shopping experience and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role includes maintaining stock levels and implementing effective merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven merchandising decisions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with team members, suppliers, and store staff.
  • Knowledge and experience in retail operations and merchandising practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining stock levels and effective product placement.
  • Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to work on-site in Libis, Quezon City.
