Visual Merchandising Supervisor

Responsible for implementing and maintaining visual displays to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales. Ensures products are presented in line with brand standards, seasonal themes, and corporate guidelines. Works closely with store and merchandising teams to execute visual strategies effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement floor sets and visual plans based on brand and seasonal guidelines
  • Maintain storewide visual standards, including displays, signage, and mannequins
  • Supervise visual team during setups and changes
  • Coordinate with store management to align visuals with sales and inventory
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Ensure timely execution of new displays
  • Manage visual tools, props, and supplies
  • Recommend improvements for displays and layout
  • Train staff on basic visual merchandising practices
  • Keep up with visual trends and competitor setups

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of visual merchandising experience; supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong eye for design, color, and retail trends
  • Experience in store layouts, window displays, and product presentation
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to changes
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit to handle merchandising tasks (e.g., lifting, climbing ladders)

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

  • Monday to Friday (On-site)
  • 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm
  • Located at Bagumbayan Libis QC, Beside All Day Libis. Near Eastwood.
