JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inventory audits to monitor assigned supplies and merchandise.
  • Manage supplier coordination by checking product availability, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organize records related to inventory and merchandising activities.
  • Handle minor repairs or touch-ups on delivered or in-store items when necessary.
  • Review and verify the quality of products received from suppliers.
  • Contribute to research and development efforts by suggesting ideas and assisting in the creation of new product concepts and store consumables.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as may be delegated by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for the role, candidates must:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Physically able to lift, carry, or move items as needed for the role.
  • Willing to work on-site at our office in Makati City.
