Merchandising Supervisor

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for inventory management, monitoring, analysis, and recommendations, to ensure that sales and growth targets. Role involves accountability in the analysis, planning, control and buying of the merchandise to hit the sales, margin, and sell-thru objectives. Develops and leads the Merchandising team to create, oversee, and implement merchandising strategies, activities and policies including scheduling of staff/team, training, evaluating team's performance, compliance to company/mall's requirements.
- IMTC - Inventory months to carry
- ITO - Inventory turnover
- New allocation/replenishment/reallocation for store distribution and consolidation planning.
- Review and directions on all merchandise on a per-SKU level (allocations, consolidations, initiatives)
- Control procedure and implementation of stock shuffling pull-outs/transfers and shipments to the outlet
- Store capacity selling area vs stockroom
- Understanding and familiarization of the market through a regular market visits and intensive MARKET ANALYSIS
- In-depth analysis of PRODUCT SELL- THROUGH success and failures
- Regular update of ITEM MASTER, STORE PROFILE and SIZE MIX RATIO per product category
