About the role

As a Branch Staff at Philtrust Bank's Malabon Branch, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Malabon City, Metro Manila. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our local branch, contributing to the overall success of Philtrust Bank.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Assist customers with account-related tasks, including account openings, closures, and updates
  4. Provide information about the bank's products and services, and guide customers to the appropriate solutions
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer transactions and interactions
  6. Contribute to the overall security and compliance of the branch by adhering to policies and procedures
  7. Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. College diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for candidates with relevant banking or customer service experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries and requests effectively
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, with a good understanding of banking operations
  5. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for the financial services industry
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
