New Accounts Representative

The New Accounts Representative is responsible the opening of accounts, encoding appropriate data relevant to the opened account as well as handling prospective members by providing correct and comprehensive information about the products and services of the Association.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • With 1-2 years work experience specializing in Banking, Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Diligent, honest, meticulous, and organized
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Systematic, organized, and resourceful
  • Proactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency
