Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and manage the Human Resources functions in the plant operations. The HR Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring efficient implementation of company policies and procedures related to timekeeping, employee relations, and coordination with manpower agencies.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • With at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, timekeeping , and HR processes
  • Experience in handling agency coordination, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Willing to work onsite at the plant in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main HR contact for plant employees and agency workers, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with company and government policies
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in alignment with company values and labor standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of timekeeping data and HR reports to the head office
  • Coordinate with manpower agencies regarding contract management, performance evaluations, and worker deployment
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to labor standards and company policies
