About the Role

We are looking for a highly versatile and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts across all levels of the organization. This unique role requires a dynamic professional capable of managing both high-volume recruiting campaigns for critical frontline roles and executing discreet executive searches for our senior leadership positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent strategic planning skills, and is adept at building exceptional candidate experiences for diverse talent pools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Recruitment & Leadership:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level positions to C-suite and Vice President openings.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives and growth forecasts.
  • Mentor, guide, and potentially manage a small team of recruiters or coordinators to ensure consistency and efficiency in hiring practices.
  • Utilize data and metrics to report on recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.

2. Volume Recruitment Expertise:

  • Design and implement scalable sourcing and screening processes to efficiently handle large-scale hiring initiatives (e.g., call centers, operations, seasonal staffing).
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and staffing agencies to supplement high-volume hiring needs when necessary.
  • Develop effective strategies for candidate communication and onboarding to maintain a positive experience during rapid hiring periods.

3. Executive Search & Niche Sourcing:

  • Conduct confidential, high-touch executive searches for critical leadership roles, including sourcing, vetting, and managing the candidate experience for senior professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and strategic insights.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of passive executive talent through proactive market research, cold outreach, and industry networking.

4. Compliance & Employer Branding:

  • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to local and national employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR teams to enhance our Employer Brand and promote our company as an employer of choice across all talent segments.
  • Focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practices to build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines at all levels.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience successfully managing both high-volume/mass recruitment and executive-level searches concurrently.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, professional databases).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
