About the role
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in driving Sodexo's employer brand and strategic sourcing initiatives. This position is responsible for leading targeted partnerships with academic institutions and local sourcing networks to build a robust manpower pool. While overseeing the Talent Acquisition Specialists, the role also ensures operational excellence in recruitment processes and alignment with Sodexo's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
What you'll be doing
Strategic Partnership
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, technical schools, and local sourcing agencies to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
 - Represent Sodexo in career fairs, industry events, and partnership meetings to promote brand visibility.
 - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast workforce needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
 
Talent Acquisition
- Manage recruitment for leadership role, niche, or high-volume roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
 - Supervise and mentor the Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing guidance on sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
 - Monitor recruitment metrics and generate performance dashboards to inform decision making.
 - Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and system usage.
 
Employee Brand Equity
- Lead initiatives that enhance Sodexo's employer brand across digital platforms and community engagements.
 - Align external messaging with Sodexo's EVP to ensure consistency and appeal to target talent industries, universities, and NGO's.
 - Design and execute branding campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams.
 
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
 - Proven experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, and strategic sourcing partnerships.
 - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
