• Help identify, reach out to, and book creators or talents aligned with the creative brief and brand

campaign needs


• Support in briefing sessions, send shoot guidelines, and handle talent queries during pre-production


• Assist in managing and tracking contracts, consent forms, and deliverables from talent


• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, brand, post-production) to ensure alignment on shoot

logistics and preparations


• Support talent-related efforts across acquisition or brand campaign content initiatives


• Provide on-ground or remote support during shoot days, assisting with talent check-ins, briefing, and

logistics


• Assist in the post-shoot process, including payment requisitions, submission to finance, and

providing real-time updates on payment status
