About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-focused, and familiar with HR practices in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Coordinate payroll-related inputs and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Handle employee engagement activities and support team culture initiatives.
  • Manage performance review schedules and assist with training coordination.
  • Support management in policy implementation and HR reporting.
  • Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (experience in remote or multinational setups is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and discreet with confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment for international or virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
