JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring total hotel guest satidfaction/delight in his area of responsibility by performng a variety of mechanical/ electrical and other hotel building maintenance, repair and maintenance related task.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs semi-skilled work in areas such as plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electrical, air conditioning, telecommunication system and painting.

  2. Daily monitoring of all major equipment such as Chillers, GENSET, STP, Motor Pumps, Walk-in Chillers/Freezer, PABX, A.O Smith Water Heater, etc.

  3. Daily monitoring of Cistern.

  4. Assist in installing and repairing wiring systems, electric fixtures and associated equipments.

  5. Repair windows, doors, floors, walls and other parts of the building.

  6. Assist in cleaning and repairing general plumbing equipment such as sinks, toilet and bath.

  7. Participates in general grounds maintenance activities, including indicators monitoring.

  8. Performs various preventive maintenance task on fixed property and equipments.

  9. Keep record/ monitoring and reports of maintenance performed and materials used.

  10. Perform housekeeping and cleaning task.

  11. Monitor and record energy conservation equipment reading and note/ report irregularities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
