Educational Background:

  • Graduate of a vocational/technical course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
  • TESDA NC II / NC III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience as an AC Technician, ideally in hotels, resorts, or large facilities.
  • Experience in maintaining centralized air conditioning systems is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge in installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of hotel AC units (split type, window type, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and chiller systems).
  • Ability to diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with refrigerants, wiring diagrams, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices.
  • Skilled in using HVAC tools, testing devices, and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring minimal disruption to hotel guests and operations.

  • Physically fit and able to perform hands-on technical work.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
  • Courteous and professional when interacting with guests and hotel staff.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
