Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Engineer to join our team. The Hotel Engineer is responsible for maintaining the hotel's physical infrastructure to ensure safety, comfort, and operational efficiency. This includes overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as responding to maintenance requests and conducting routine inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel or facility engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
