DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and follow-up litigated cases in various courts and administrative agencies;
  • Conduct legal research and prepare a summary thereof as may be requested by corporate attorneys;
  • Prepare case update for department heads;
  • Coordinate with external counsels on the progress of cases handled by them;
  • Assist attorneys in collecting information from other departments.
  • Draft contracts, legal documents and correspondence as requested.
  • Coordinate and secure documents from various government units concerning legal matters;
  • Assist the legal secretary, if necessary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Highly adaptable & critical thinker
  • Ability and willingness to perform field work.
