KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Prepare and manage contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor, corporate, and data privacy laws.
  3. Assist with government permits, registrations, and regulatory filings.
  4. Conduct legal research and provide summaries or recommendations.
  5. Monitor legislative updates and advise management on compliance.
  6. Maintain organized and secure legal and corporate records.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters.
  8. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or related field.
  2. Certification in Paralegal Studies or equivalent training preferred.
  3. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in corporate compliance.
  4. Strong knowledge of legal terms, documentation, and court procedures.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
