Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to retail stores, events, partners, and online customers.
  • Maintain proper handling of sensitive products such as eyewear, helmets, and apparel.
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure all movements are properly documented in the warehouse system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to maintain productivity and compliance with SOPs.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Enforce safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Implement warehouse safety protocols.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or product damages promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and occupational safety regulations.
  • Work with Sales, Merchandising, Events, and Purchasing Teams for product allocation and shipments.
  • Support logistics for promotions, triathlons, and sports expos.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and warehouse performance.
  • Submit incident and quality control reports for discrepancies or delays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (retail or distribution preferred).
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
