Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Real Estate Housing Sales
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor oversees and drives the sales performance of housing projects. This role is responsible for leading a team of sales agents, developing effective marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring that all sales goals are achieved in alignment with company objectives. The Sales Supervisor plays a key role in managing client relationships, guiding potential buyers through the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of property consultants or sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer handling techniques.
- Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partner agents.
- Conduct project presentations, trippings (site visits), and client orientations.
- Stay updated with housing project developments, pricing, and market trends to effectively position products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in housing or property projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledgeable in real estate documentation, housing loan processes, and market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willing to travel and work on weekends or holidays as needed.
