Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Vice President of Sales, located in Makati with flexibility for remote work. The Vice President of Sales will oversee sales strategies, manage sales teams, and drive revenue growth. Heading over the company in the Sales Department. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales operations and account management practices, leading business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for market expansion, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Collaboration with other business units and leadership in aligning company goals is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
  • Strong background in Account Management and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development and identifying sales opportunities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in real estate or a closely related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; A Broker License is preferred.
