Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Partner located in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients through the real estate buying or selling process. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales to meet client needs while delivering excellent results.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Sales, particularly in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in market research and understanding real estate trends is an advantage
