DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, materials, and manpower requirements.
  • Support in preparing cost summaries, estimates, and budget tracking.
  • Attend site visits and coordination meetings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project management and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or construction support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and basic CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to travel and work on project sites around NCR and CALABARZON.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred but not required.
